VECTOR® N-735 starch for corrugated board adhesive - Introduction
Used for the production of corrugated board adhesives with the Stein-Hall process, VECTOR® N-735 is a high amylose native starch derived from peas.
Its high amylose content and low thermal energy requirements make it particularly suitable for: heavy boards, especially microflute board where heat transfer is limited and also for water resistant boards.
VECTOR®-N range has been developed for the corrugated industry needs:
- quick bond strength development
- heat sensitivity
- good adhesive penetration
- thin film forming capability
- short time storage before converting
