Enzymatic converters
Enzymatic converters function continuously, allowing the automatic production of glue at a variable output for coating that is being driven by the production of the paper machine.
With their compact design, our facilities are easily integrated into the client’s process, assuring a production varying from a few hundreds of kg/h to several t/h of starch.
Our know-how in the coating field, coupled to a tried and tested automation of our enzymatic converters, makes us able to guarantee reliability in the stability of starch solutions and regularity of glue properties while also offering a very easy operation of our installations.
The converters are created using standard material, available in stock in our shop, or, in the event of a special request, they are made with the client’s special material.
