Specialized in the conception of non-stop cookers, Roquette has developed a cooker particularly adapted to the cooking of the STABILYS^® product range, which is capable of producing industry-strength glues containing 42% of dry material.

Using this technology, the implementation of the STABILYS^® products range, which is dedicated to the pre-coat application, allows the partial replacement of latex during the pre-coating process without any loss of the qualities in either the mechanical or printability of coated paper.

The optimised binding system contains 50% latex and 50% STABILYS^®.
