The Central Quality control Laboratory in Lestrem is responsible for the establishment and the distribution of the appropriate analytical methods applied in the plants.

Roquette’s European plants have implemented a system of identity preservation, and this ensures full traceability while guaranteeing the use of conventional maize. This system of control is audited once a year by BUREAU VERITAS.

Genetically modified wheat, potato and pea are not marketed in Europe for industrial uses.
