The Corrugated Board applications lab utilizes equipment tailored to allow the preparation of glues according to all our clients’ processes that are used in the corrugated board field.
Each formulation takes into account the conditions in which our clients prepare their glues, including for example the shear rate and the shear time.
The specific methods of analysis of corrugated board, AFNOR or issuing from our know-how, allows an evaluation of the properties:
• Of glues (glue consumption, Tack, machine speed…)
• Of flutings and liners (penetration ability, porosity...)
• Of board produced by clients or in the lab (dry or wet stage)
Our means of investigation contribute to production and quality optimization of our clients corrugated board.
